  • Marcel Wallace is seeing patients on Monday and Wednesday evenings
  • Michelle Parry is seeing patients on Mondays during the day

Jenny will be doing check-ins with current patients from Feb 9-19, but will not take new patients at this time. To express interest, please use this form and put February Appt in the subject line

  • Direct billing will be reduced: Most plans, other than Pacific Blue Cross will have to be submitted by you, the client.

  • A new patient who has never seen Jenny? You are welcome to book with either physio and I will see you on my return!

Concussion - not currently available

Unfortunately we are not taking on any new concussion patients until April 2026.

Jenny Dea empowers her clients by providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. Jenny uses a combination of manual therapy, exercise, IMS, therapeutic cupping as well as good old-fashioned motivation to set her clients on the right path to achieve their goals. Jenny enjoys treating all orthopaedic conditions from acute sports injuries to the “I don’t know why, it just started hurting!” conditions. She has vast experience with post-op protocols: ACL reconstruction, shoulder stabilization, rotator cuff repair, total hip/knee replacements, to name a few.

Jenny enjoys splitting her time between the clinic and the sporting arena for on-field management. She currently is one of the team physiotherapists with the Canadian Para-Alpine Ski Team, and has provided physiotherapy support for Hockey Nova Scotia and Rugby Canada. She has travelled and worked at the Ontario ParaSport Games, Commonwealth Youth Games, Commonwealth Games, and the Pan-Am Games.

Jenny has a strong interest in evidence-based concussion management and rehabilitation. She sits on the Sport Physiotherapy Canada Concussion Committee. She has collaborated with and has been mentored by some of the fields leading neuro-optometrists, neuro-psychiatrists, physiotherapists and sport medicine physicians. This range of experience has allowed her to develop a unique skill-set when treating both acute concussions and post-concussion syndrome.

Jenny graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Kinesiology, and from Queen’s University with a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy. She is a level 3 manual therapist and holds her Diploma from Sport Physiotherapy Canada.

Once a competitive rower and ski racer, Jenny dabbled in competitive ultimate frisbee before settling on her current sports (Ironman, trail running, hiking, pilates and yoga).

Michelle’s interest in physiotherapy began as a child when she experienced multiple gymnastics injuries and discovered the benefits of rehabilitation. Her fascination with human anatomy during university fueled her desire to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Michelle’s philosophy revolves around empowering individuals from all walks of life to achieve optimal physical well-being through personalized care that improves functionality, reduces pain, and enhances quality of life. She is passionate about helping each person reach their full potential, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with compassion, expertise, and dedication. Marcel moved to Canada in 2020 after obtaining his Master’s in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in the UK in 2018. Marcel enjoys working with people of all ages and from all walks of life and specializes in treating low back pain and injuries of the hip, knee, and ankle. As an Olympic weightlifter himself, Marcel has a special interest in working with strength athletes and people who are interested in strength training. He combines his expertise in exercise with his hands-on skills to work with clients to deliver effective, meaningful treatment. Communication is at the heart of Marcel’s practice, and he strives to meet his clients where they’re at and help them find the path for where they want to go. Marcel knows how important it is to have a plan. Every client will receive a tailored treatment plan following their session, as well as clear and objective measurements to benchmark their success. Clients will have direct message access to Marcel throughout their treatment period, so any unanswered questions or concerns can be addressed. Marcel is also a lecturer at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy where he teaches orthopedic pathology.
